CommunicationWork with the Creative Leads and Project Managers to provide motion design concepts for a variety of executions across entertainment and gaming based social campaignsCollaborate with graphic designers and other creative team members to create original and innovative executions that drive fan engagementPartner with Social Media Managers and Creative Leads on client calls and asks, when applicableLeadershipOffer guidance to junior motion designers in regards to processes,



files structures, animation techniques, new AE plugins, etcStay updated with industry trends and best practices, continuously refining skills, explore new techniques to guide the team and push the boundaries of motion graphics designAnalyticsSet the quality bar within the team, and help ensure that all creative motion assets meet or exceed DMM standards with Creative LeadsBusinessIdentify and leverage key moments from cinematics, long form video, films, etc. to craft unique and visually compelling motion designs for different social media platformsContribute to the creative process by bringing innovative ideas and creative solutions to the table for the overall success of the design teamYou'd be a great fit for this roleExperience creating motion graphics and/or social media editsStrong technical skills and proven ability to use Adobe After Effects, Premiere and Photoshop, Cinema4 D a plus3+ years experience in a fast‐paced social media agency, preferably with exposure to video game and entertainment clientsSuperb visual and conceptual skills to solve problems and create novel solutionsExcellent ability to create and pivot creative assets in a fast‐paced working environmentFluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skillsIn‐depth understanding of the entertainment industry,



including knowledge of current social trends, platform landscape and gamer communitiesA never‐ending desire to learn new techniques and technology to advance your craftAbility to design style frames is a plusAvailability to work between 9 am and 6 pm PST with flexibility for routine weekend coverageWhat do we offer?
