We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as a **React Lead****What you'll do**:- Lead the front-end development team, providing guidance and mentoring to team members.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
- Develop high-quality, responsive user interfaces using React.js.
- Build and maintain reusable components and front-end libraries.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
- Estimate project timelines and deliverables and ensure timely delivery of features and fixes.
**Preferred experience**:- Minimum of 7 years of experience in frontend development, with a strong focus on React.js.
- Proficiency in TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3 and GraphQL.




- Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or MobX.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
- Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel, NPM/Yarn).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
