Julong is a leading company in the plastics compound industry, has experience in the modification of engineering plastics and now has more than 400 modified plastics, mainly in the automotive industry.We are looking for a Technical Sales Representative with experience in the Automotive Industry**Job Objective**:Identify potential clients in the market, in addition to carrying out evaluation, prospecting, support, follow-up and negotiation with clients, carrying out sales activities based on the guidelines established by the company in monitoring customer requirements, advice and portfolio rotation, always verifying scope and promoting customer development by providing strategic solutions.
**Requirements**:Education: Industrial Engineering or SimilarLanguage: Advanced EnglishExperience: 3 years in a similar position, in the Automotive industry, Home Applications and Power Tools, Injection Molding IndustryKnowledge: in the plastics manufacturing industry (essential) or automotive industry, materials manufacturing and sales.Analytical, strategic mindset, Numerical ability, Results-orientation, Teamwork, Excellent interpersonal relationships.




**Responsibilities**:Present, promote and sell to new clients.Develop sales strategies to achieve company objectives.Identify new business opportunities and close business deals, including with distributors.Achieve established sales goals and results within the agreed time.Prepare quotes/orders for clients and business partners.Provide management with reports on customer needs, interests and problems, competitor activities and the potential for new products and services.Stay up to date on best practices and promotional trends.
