The manager is responsible forprovidingmonthly reporting & analytics onshipboard recruitment,compliance,and strategic plansfor continuous improvement.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Monitorsrecruitmentefforts and action plans to ensure that all recruitment processesaredone in an effective and timely manner to address all staffing requirementsfor Private Destinations in MexicoEnsures that appropriate measures are in place to promote and administer effective and efficient recruitment methodsin order tomaximize productivity and output of the recruitment teamReviews process implementations andcomesup withrecommendationsfor continuous improvementMonitors and address performance of therecruitment team to meet KPI and metrics, provide recommendations as appropriatePartners with HRIS, Talent Operations,
and People Analytics in developing reports to effectively measure recruitment activity metricsWorks directly with the Talent Programming team to ensure recruitment programs and sourcing strategies are in place to support ongoing hiring needs for the company.Assist Talent Programming team and operationswithworkforce planning and diversity recruitment planningIn fluencespartners and peers through positive relationships, credibility, and recruitment expertiseEnsure that recruiting and employment practices are followedExercise judgement and mentor team members to troubleshoot & resolve issues as they ariseUtilizesdata to measure resource efficiencyManageanalytics forPrivate Destinations Mexicorecruitmenton time and accurately to enable data driven decision for requisition allocation and fulfillment.Performvariance analyses as needed and evaluate recruitment performance vs plan, forecast, and prior year.Monitorsgap poolstatusthroughvariousdashboardand external factors that may impact talent supplyand recruitment strategies.Providesfact-basedrecommendations to improve recruitment performance, operationalefficiency,and marketing effectivenessAct asthe liaison.Coordinate with internal onboarding, scheduling and IT team to support day by day operational needsand seek process enhancement when possible.Provide training and refresh training torecruitment team and operationsPartnerswith talentmarketing teamto provide feedback and recommendations on recruitment marketing activities.Supports recruitment efforts andconductsinterviewsfor specialty and management roles.Administers auditto ensure complianceResponsible for training, performance management,andrecord management.Perform any other job-relatedduties assigned by their supervisor or management.Partner with Director of Talent Acquisition to review and manage TA budget items.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in business or humanresources or related field from an accredited college or university or the international equivalent.Minimum8yearsofexperience, withminimum 5years ofmanagement experienceMinimum2years'related businessintelligenceexperience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experienceMinimum2yearsworkingexperience in international hospitality and/or travel industryMust be able to speak, read, and write English fluently.Knowledge and Skills:Working knowledge of computers, Internet access,
and the ability to navigate within a variety of Microsoft software packages such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of automated human resources systems preferred including JD EdwardsKnowledge of the shipboardorganizationpreferred.Knowledge of world geography,time differences anddemographicStrong Excel skills required.
Ability to analyze large datasets and report relevantfindings.
High attention to detailsAbility to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
