**About the role**:Wexpand is seeking a Recruiter to join our team in Mexico City.In this position, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting talent, managing the selection process and supporting general human resources.This is an adecuado opportunity for professionals with 1-2 years of recruiting experience who wish to develop in a dynamic, collaborative and international environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:- Design and update job descriptions.
- Conduct telephone, virtual and in-person interviews.
- Publish vacancies on the company's social networks and other portals employment.




- Monitor key HR metrics related to the recruitment.
- Collaborate with managers to identify future needs hiring.
- Provide support in general human resources activities as necessary.
**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Administration or similar.
- Intermediate/advanced level of English (B2 - C1).
- Previous experience in recruiting (1-2 years).
- Basic knowledge of talent search techniques.
- Proactivity and ability to manage time effectively.
**Soft Skills**:- Effective communication- Attention to detail- Proactivity**Technical Skills**:- Experience with CRM.
