**Objective**:**Main Responsabilities**:**Innovation Dashboard Implementation & User Training**:- Oversee the complete implementation of the Innovation Dashboard across all organizational units.
- Train users to effectively utilize the tool, ensuring they understand how to input and classify data correctly.
- Collaborate closely with IT teams to resolve technical issues and maintain the system's optimal performance.
- Liaise with local innovation teams to ensure all product launches and initiatives are properly classified to enable accurate data visualization and reporting.
**Data Integrity & System Efficiency**:- Ensure that all data is properly classified, structured, and maintained within the system to support reliable and accurate reporting.
- Act as the point of contact for troubleshooting data inconsistencies and ensuring system functionality.




**Analysis & Business Intelligence Generation**:- Produce and distribute comprehensive innovation reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, summarizing key results and trends.
- Interpret data from the dashboard to uncover actionable insights and opportunities that drive business growth.
- Explore and integrate artificial intelligence tools to enhance the generation of insights and predictive analytics for innovation performance.
**Collaboration & Communication**:- Work closely with IT, innovation, and management teams to ensure alignment and promote the adoption of the Innovation Dashboard.
- Present insights and findings to stakeholders, ensuring clarity and actionable recommendations.
