** Here, each day brings new challenges and opportunities to learn and grow.We are currently seeking a **Salesforce Functional Consultant** to join our team.In this role, you'll be responsible for providing end-to-end functional and technical guidance on Salesforce implementations, helping our clients design and optimize their business models using the platform's capabilities.
**What will your day-to-day look like?
**At Keyrus, each day is a new opportunity to innovate and tackle challenges.You will be involved in:- Lead and manage Salesforce platform development, implementation, and delivery activities.
- Support requirements gathering and business process mapping, and prepare Business Blueprints (BBPs) and functional/technical specifications.
- Analyze and clarify requirements related to:- Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service processes- Platform administrative consoles- Automation of business flows- User roles, profiles, and permissions- Provide guidance to clients on Salesforce best practices and functionalities.




- Facilitate functional workshops and explain standard vs. customized functionalities.
- Collaborate with technical leads and architects to define and refine solution requirements.Quickly adopt new concepts, business models, and technologies.
**Do you have what we're looking for?
**- Previous experience with Salesforce as functional consultant or similar roles- Proven experience in problem analysis and resolution.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a results-driven mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Solid understanding of database and data management concepts (e.g., SOQL, SOSL, SQL).
- Familiarity with object-oriented design and development principles.
- Knowledge of XML and web services (SOAP, REST).
- Experience with both front-end (JavaScript, AJAX, HTML, CSS) and back-end (Salesforce,.Net, SQL) development is a plus.
