****Position Snapshot**- Location: Mexico City- IBS Program Management- Type of work: Hybrid- Work Language: Fluent Business English**The role**- The Sr Specialist must proactively manage ambiguity, anticipate issues, align with program/project goals, project execution, and deliver the expected outcome within scope, budget, timeline, and quality.
- Fluency in English, both written and oral, is essential for this position as it involves potential interactions with senior executives.
**What you'll do**- Planning and organizing: Developing a comprehensive project plan, defining objectives, creating a timeline, allocating resources, and establishing clear deliverables.Team leadership and communication: Building and managing a project team, assigning tasks, facilitating effective communication, and fostering collaboration among team members.Effectively communicate status and concerns at all levels in the organization-with senior leaders through to project team members and third-party service/solution providers.
- Risk management: Identifying potential risks, developing mitigation strategies, and proactively addressing issues that may impact project success.
- Budget and cost control: Monitoring project expenses, tracking budget utilization, and ensuring that the project remains within the allocated budget.
