An important company specialized in mission-critical and high-complexity construction projects is seeking a Senior Superintendent with a strong background leading large-scale projects within sectors such as Data Centers, Industrial, Healthcare, Commercial, or specialized infrastructure.This position is intended for highly senior-level professionals with proven experience managing complex construction projects from structural and civil works through MEP, commissioning, and project closeout.Location: El Marqués, Querétaro, MexicoSchedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (48-hour workweek)Work Scheme: On-site at the project locationContract Type: Project-based contract with the possibility of transitioning to an indefinite-term positionBenefits: Mexican law benefits and Major Medical InsuranceKey ResponsibilitiesLead large-scale and high-complexity construction projects.Oversee civil, CSA, MEP, commissioning, and project closeout activities.Manage master schedules, logistics, and field execution to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.Coordinate multidisciplinary construction teams, superintendents, and subcontractors.Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and engineering teams.Participate in construction strategy development, RFP responses, and Design-Build processes.Implement and supervise safety, quality, and productivity standards on-site.Lead progress, scheduling,
