Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst for Leasing and Sales Pricing to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong ability to translate business requirements into comprehensive Functional Design Documents and effectively communicate technical details to developers. This role requires a blend of analytical thinking, technical proficiency, and industry-specific knowledge.

What You Will Do:
- Develop and maintain detailed Functional Design Documents based on business requirements.




- Liaise between business stakeholders and development teams to ensure clear understanding and implementation of solutions.
- Support DocuSign-related processes and troubleshoot user issues as needed.
- Utilize Azure and DevOps tools for project tracking, collaboration, and deployment management.
- Manage and resolve incidents or service requests within ServiceNow.
- Work with various Microsoft Office applications for documentation, data analysis, and reporting.
- Read and interpret XML files for data extraction and validation.
- Apply knowledge of leasing and sales pricing to support business processes and decision-making.

Education requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in MIS or Computer Information or equivalent degree.
- Advanced English proficiency for cross‑site and integral collaboration.
