Job Summary:
The Network Infrastructure Analyst – Voice & IP role is responsible for supporting, maintaining, and enhancing enterprise voice and collaboration infrastructure. This entry-to-mid-level opportunity focuses on Microsoft Teams Calling, voice routing, E911 compliance, and infrastructure modernization, while introducing automation and AI-enabled operational improvements.
The role participates in designing, building, deploying, and maintaining IT infrastructure using modern and emerging technologies, ensuring efficient, secure,



and reliable communication services. This position serves as a strong foundation into advanced roles in voice engineering, automation, and AI-driven IT operations, supporting integral infrastructure initiatives and digital transformation efforts.

Key responsibilities:
- Maintain and support enterprise voice and collaboration services, including Microsoft Teams calling
- Assist with DID management, provisioning workflows, and routing configuration updates
- Support voice infrastructure components such as Session Border Controllers (SBCs) and routing platforms
- Participate in E911 configuration, validation, and compliance activities
- Support deployment, maintenance, and modernization of analog gateways
- Manage updates, upgrades, and infrastructure improvements across hardware and software environments
- Troubleshoot and resolve voice, network, and routing-related technical issues
