Position ObjectiveThis role will work with the Mexico's legal department to provide high quality legal support to BRP's legal entities worldwide mainly in the labor, corporate and commercial law.
The role will involve providing essential legal support and day-to-day advice across the operations in Mexico and LATAM.
This job is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer to join a dynamic company.Role & ResponsabilitiesStructuring, drafting, reviewing and analyzing agreements, contracts and other legal documentsGive accurate and timely counselCollaborate with management to devise efficient defense strategiesResponding to external/internal comments while ensuring required legal terms are reflected in a contractCollaborating with peers and leaders in legal, HR and purchase departments to ensure project and deal outcomes align with proprietiesUnderstanding and staying current with industry trends and the legal and regulatory landscape of the businessMonitoring and assisting in revising and updating standard agreements, templates and tools for our internal business partnersResearch and evaluate different risk factorsMaintain current knowledge of alterations in legislationSupporting other commercial practice areas within BRP as the need may arise since BRP is constantly evolvingTechnical SkillsAbility to translate legal concepts into practical, actionable adviceExcellent verbal and written skillsAdvanced knowledge of civil,
