Job Summary:
Serves as a strategic legal advisor to the business by providing expert counsel on a broad range of legal matters that support corporate objectives and minimize risk, with special focus on Commercial, Corporate and Real Estate. This role partners closely with management and cross-functional stakeholders to interpret complex legal issues, develop practical recommendations, draft and review legal documents, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and internal standards. The Senior Corporate Counsel also contributes to risk management,



decision-making, and problem-solving initiatives while supporting the legal function with sound analysis, clear communication, and effective prioritization across multiple responsibilities.

Responsibilities:
- Advise management and business stakeholders on a broad range of legal matters, with special focus on Commercial, Corporate and Real Estate, providing practical, business-oriented guidance and clear recommendations.
- Provide legal support to one or more business divisions or practice areas in collaboration with internal legal teams and external counsel, as needed.
- Research, analyze, and interpret complex legal and regulatory issues affecting business operations, and recommend appropriate courses of action.
- Draft, review, negotiate, and revise a variety of legal documents, including commercial agreements, corporate documents, legal recommendations, as well as legal related policies,
