This facility will offer 1,200 local new jobs and will be the first health manufacturing facility in Querétaro (pioneers for healthcare Hub).

The Opportunity
Provide guidance, coordinate, and analyze site operations related to customs compliance and international trade matters, ensuring compliance with all applicable customs regulations and trade laws, including FDA, COFEPRIS, and NOM requirements, as well as Abbott’s established policies and procedures and other requirements from Mexican regulatory agencies.

What You’ll Do
- Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements regarding the latest Customs, FDA, and other government agencies' import regulations, as well as customs legislation update processes.
- Verifies and validates the payment of foreign trade taxes and duties related to import and export transactions.
- Verifies and validates payments for customs brokers' services and other service providers involved in import and export operations.
- Ensure that all information related to Foreign Trade
