Responsibilities
Design, coding/programming, develop, test, and deploy custom applications using Salesforce
Extend Salesforce capabilities to support various business functions, including custom applications and integrations
Manage user roles, permissions, profiles, flows, validation rules, and declarative automation
Leverage Salesforce AI tools to automate administrative workflows and improve operational efficiency
Work closely with cross‐functional teams to understand requirements and implement solutions
Document technical specifications and maintain updated system documentation
Collaborate with cross‐functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements and ensure successful implementation of Salesforce solutions
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers
Contribute to the development of best practices for Salesforce development
Experience in Databricks
Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding and quality standards




Manage the deployment and release process for Salesforce applications and integrated components, including sandbox and production deployments
Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, and make recommendations for adoption where appropriate
Research and address technical issues, ensuring the platform's stability and performance
Qualifications
Minimum of 8‐10+ years experience as a Salesforce Developer in the Salesforce ecosystem (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud)
5+ years of experience in Salesforce Service Cloud Voice and Amazon Connect, covering application, telephony, routing, AI, and DevOps layers
Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices
Experience with integrating Salesforce with other systems
Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools, such as Jira
Ability to design and implement complex data models
Excellent problem‐solving and analytical skills
Must hold Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II, and Certified Sales Cloud and Service Cloud and/or Architect certifications
