- ** Issue Resolution**: Address customer inquiries, troubleshoot problems, and find effective solutions.

Fluency in English**: Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
- ** Previous Call Center Experience**: At least one year in a call center, with a focus on customer service, collections, or retention.
- ** Empathy & Problem-Solving Skills**:



The ability to resolve customer issues with care and a solution-focused approach.
- ** Organizational & Tech Skills**: Strong task management and the ability to deliver results.
- ** Availability**: Willingness to work Monday through Friday.
- ** On-Site Commitment**: This is a full-time, on-site role.

**Compensation & Benefits**:

Salary**: MXN $18,225 before taxes.
- ** Insurance**: Life insurance coverage.

- Monthly grocery vouchers: MXN $1,519 (issued every 14 days).
- Monthly restaurant vouchers: MXN $1,216 (issued every 14 days).

**Work Hours**:

Service Hours**: Monday through Friday, from 7:00 am to 9:15 pm, with 8-hour shifts that may adjust for Daylight Saving Time and holidays.
- ** Full-Time Position**: 40 hours per week, on-site.
