Procurement Manager Aviation Services Mexico

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to join our growing aviation services organization. This position is responsible for leading procurement operations, vendor management, strategic sourcing, contract negotiations, and cost optimization while supporting multiple airport locations.
IMPORTANT REQUIREMENT
Previous experience in the aviation or airport ground handling industry is mandatory.

or other aviation service providers.
Applications without relevant aviation industry experience will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with business objectives.
Manage supplier selection, negotiations, and contract administration.
Build and maintain strategic relationships with vendors.
Identify costsaving opportunities while maintaining quality and operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and applicable regulations.
Monitor supplier performance through KPIs and continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with Operations, Finance, HR, and other departments to support business needs.




Lead procurement planning for multiple airport operations.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of procurement experience within the aviation industry.
Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
Experience managing multiple vendors and procurement projects simultaneously.
Excellent analytical and problemsolving abilities.
Advanced communication and relationshipbuilding skills.
Advanced English written and spoken.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel ERP experience is preferred.
