**Objective**
Avoid engaging in unsafe acts; correct or report unsafe conditions in their work area and Investigate accidents (root cause).
**Main responsibilities**:
- Avoid engaging in unsafe activity, correct and report unsafe conditions in your work area.

- Perform the Chemical Analysis, Check the Metal Temperature and Gas Level.




- Ensure timely delivery of the metal to the molding area and avoid as many delays as possible.
- Adequate administration of Work Resources (personnel, equipment, budget).
- Comply with the Internal Work Regulations and Promote an adequate work environment that allows increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of the assigned resources.
- Ensure that adequate Combustion of Maintenance Furnaces and Reverberators is carried out.
**Requirements**:
- Completed bachelor's degree and university degree.
- Collaboration and teamwork, Communication and active listening, Team management, Customer focus.
- Ability to work under pressure and ability to delegate routine work.
- Use of computer and knowledge SAP system.
- Basic English.
- Knowledge of procedures.
