**Funciones del cargo**:
Empresa socia de Amedirh solicita "DRAFTING MANAGER"
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum: 2 yr degree or equivalent experience in the mechanical drafting field.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, preferred.
- 2 year of demonstrated experience working in an industrial environment with machinery or a comparable internship.
- Must posses a valid US Visa.
- Fully bilingual in English/Spanish.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain a safe work environment with adherence to all SHECS policies and procedures.
- Assist in conformance to all company standards, including ISO ***** and OHSAS ***** standards.
- Ensure quality of workmanship by monitoring processes and making corrections as required.
Improve the skills of Associates by creating an atmosphere that encourages personal growth.
- Develop and manage drawing standards.
- Develop and manage filing standards utilizing AutoDesk Vault.




- Conduct design review events with operations and engineering teams.
- Participate in R&D; efforts.
- Draft everything from detailed machine parts to full plant layouts.
- Create and maintain Bill of Materials.
- Create assembly & installation drawings for production.
- Update and maintain facility drawings.
- Prioritize cost savings throughout all processes, offering value-engineered solutions.
- Intimately involved in the assembly of prototypes.
Other duties as assigned.
**Requisitos**:
**Minimum**: 2 yr degree or equivalent experience in the mechanical drafting field.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, preferred.
2 year of experience working in an industrial environment with machinery or a comparable internship.
