Job Summary
Develop and maintain the customer demand plan – short and long term.
Create and manage the production plan – short and mid‐term.
Coordinate supplier scheduling and release orders to suppliers.
Ensure schedule attainment for production planning.
Manage inventory – maintain accuracy, set appropriate safety stock and mitigate risk.
Organize special freight and conduct root‐cause analyses, implementing preventive actions to avoid recurrence.
Use BCAQ to monitor suppliers and assess delivery performance.
Maintain an empty error mailbox and resolve issues on a daily basis.
Process EDI data from customers and to suppliers.
Key Qualifications




University degree with a focus on production or logistics, or equivalent training in scheduling or logistics.
Experience in the automotive sector (desired).
Experience with production planning and MRP systems.
Proficiency with SAP CDP-MM-PP.
Advance English language skills.
Strong priority setting, time management and negotiation skills.
Self‐development mindset, drive for results, compassion, and ethics and values.
Strong conflict management and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and drive personal and technical development.
