**Position Responsibilities**- Direct daily operations for the Billing team, ensuring invoices are issued arcuately and timely.
- Mentor and onboard new team members, reinforcing a positive company culture and efficient operations.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer invoicing issues and deliver legendary service.
- Review Billing processes and workflows to assess performance and identify opportunities for improvement.




**Minimum Requirements**- Bachelor's degree.Major in Accounting or Finance **preferred.
**- **Bilingual (English / Spanish) - 100% fluent in both verbal and written forms.
**- 5+ years of Billing experience with 3+ years in a supervisory role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Access.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
