- Investigate root causes and propose effective solutions.
- Your responsibilities include collecting data from technicians, dealerships, communicating with the customer.
- Prepare Warranty 3MIS / Pulls & Repairs results.
- Monitor short loop process to identify potential spills.
- Review short loop databases and complete all data entry for warranty claims and filings.
- Confer with customers by telephone or in person to provide or get information about products or obtain details of complaints.
- Coordinate internal meetings with the team to address the issues reported.
- Respond to customer problems or complaints.
- Launch 3CPR projects at Customer facilities.
- Provide quality notifications to customers.
