E2E Service Part Program Manager MQTWhat you'll do:Responsibility for the cross-functional execution of service performance (sales, SCM, material planning, production scheduling, operations)Coordinate all Seat Belt and Steering Wheel Service Parts activities for multiple OEM customers.Serve as the primary interface for all Seat Belt Plants and Steering Wheel Plants with cross‐functional groupsE2E mindset to deliver customer focus across all enterprise areas for our OEMs Operational CoordinationEnsure on‐time delivery performance by coordinating closely with Supply Chain Management (SCM) for component availability and forecasting.Ensure plants are building parts to ship on‐time to avoid OEM debits and maintain strong EBIT resultsInterface with Engineering teams to manage design changes and technical updates related to service parts.Conduct consistent meetings with cross‐functional groups (centralized logistics, packaging, production planning, and production control) to meet delivery targets.Maintain and update Service Part cross-reference databases, including PLM, and ICAN.Cascade critical priority information and status updates to Plant Managers, Directors, and Vice Presidents.Data & Process ManagementMaintain accurate service parts documentation, databases,
