**About the Role**:**Responsibilities**:- Organize and maintain digital transaction files with accurate labeling and timelines- Conduct **introductory calls with sellers** to walk them through the process and set expectations- Assist in scheduling property walk-throughs, notary appointments, and follow-up calls- Send and track **property disclosure documents** and other necessary forms- Provide **live phone support** to sellers who need help filling out their documents- Ensure all required documents are collected, uploaded, and properly named- Communicate with internal team members and third parties (title companies, agents, etc.)- Keep all tasks and deadlines clearly documented and up to date in our CRM and file management system**Requirements**:- Fluent in English (reading, writing,
and speaking — must be excellent)- Prior experience in real estate or as a transaction coordinator is highly preferred- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail- Comfortable with phone calls and guiding clients through forms step-by-step- Proficient with cloud-based tools (Google Drive, CRMs, task management platforms)- Self-starter who can manage tasks and timelines independently- Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment- Be able to answer calls on weekends if needed**What We Offer**:- Remote work- Supportive and professional team culture- Opportunity to grow within a fast-paced real estate investment company- Competitive compensation**:Pay weekly based + bonuses**:- **Average pay between $20,000-$25,000 MXN per month, including bonuses based on deals closed**Pay: $20,****** - $25,****** per monthApplication Question(s):- Do you have Real Estate experience if yes how long?
