**Key Responsibilities**- Own strategy and execution for Google Ads campaigns across multiple verticals- Manage full-funnel campaign structures (Search, PMax, Shopping, YouTube,



Demand Gen)- Optimize budgets, bids, and structure for scale and efficiency- Monitor and improve Google Merchant Center feeds and integrations- Implement and troubleshoot tracking (GA4, tags, pixel integrations)- Create high-impact audience strategies based on performance data- Develop detailed performance reports using Looker Studio and GA4- Collaborate with the creative team to guide ad copy and visual strategy- Lead A/B testing and rapid experimentation to uncover new growth opportunities**Qualifications**- 4+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads accounts at scale- Proven success managing budgets of $500K+ per month for a client- Mastery of Search, Shopping, PMax, YouTube, and Demand Gen campaigns- Strong analytical skills and fluency with GA4, Looker Studio, and attribution models- Experience working in fast-paced agencies or performance-driven environments- Excellent communication and attention to detai- Bonus: Microsoft, Meta and Pinterest Ads experience**Location & Compensation**- Full-Time, Contract- Compensation: $****-$****/month- Quarterly performance bonus potential**Why MVR Digital?
