**Responsibilities**- Manage full-cycle delivery engagements with teams of 70+ FTEs- Govern project delivery effectively with all stakeholder involvement- Resolve complicated engineering issues while maintaining quality and adhering to timelines- Ensure excellence in the design, coding, and overall solutions- Take full responsibility for the entire customer experience in terms of delivery- Mentor and develop talent among delivery leads and managers- Advocate for and implement the best engineering processes and practices- Ensure optimal management of the business end of solutions to maximize value delivery- Foster a robust team environment and guide teams to understand and cater to customer needs efficiently**Requirements**:- 12+ years of IT experience- 8+ years in managerial roles such as Manager, Owner, or Coordinator- Involvement in at least 10 projects or experience launching 3+ products or key product capabilities to the market- Demonstrated capability to manage delivery engagements effectively shared across high-profile teams- Proven governance skills over project delivery involving multiple stakeholders- Expertise in handling complex engineering challenges with focus on quality and timeliness- Current knowledge in designing and implementing comprehensive solutions emphasizing continuous delivery/deployment pipelines- Skills in managing outcome-based setups with strict adherence to timelines and commitments- Experience in handling customer escalations, contracts, and team rotations effectively- Exceptional ability to identify customer needs and adept at driving closure to customer issues- Proven capabilities to build strong,
