Key Responsibilities Support, mentor, and motivate the hourly workforce.
Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises.
Lead, manage, and develop a team of 20 to 50 Amazon Associates.
Communicate policies to Associates and serve as the primary information source, maintaining compliance, consistency, and taking corrective action when needed.
Create, manage, and support recognition and communication programs.
Support all safety programs and OSHA compliance.
Ensure procedures for building security and product loss prevention are followed.




Partner with management to establish and maintain quality control standards.
Develop performance goals and objectives to achieve customer demand and ensure accuracy and quality.
Basic Qualifications Work a rotating, flexible schedule, including nights, overnights, weekends, and holidays.
Able to work 40 hours per week, and overtime as required.
High School diploma.
Preferred Qualifications Fluency in English, both written and spoken, and the ability to take direction in English.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
