Supervisor - STIVA 3 The Plant Supervisor manages daily production functions within the plant, focusing on development, management, and motivation of production personnel to increase productivity and improve efficiencies.
Responsibilities Oversee daily production operations and ensure alignment with company goals.
Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.
Collaborate with multiple departments to meet production targets and quality standards.
Supervise and mentor team members, fostering skill development and performance improvement.
Analyze production data to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
