ROLE SUMMARY:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support the lead teacher in planning and delivering daily classroom activities
Assist in implementing play‐based and structured learning experiences
Help manage classroom routines, transitions, and student behaviour
Provide individual and small‐group support to students
Ensure a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment
Observe and report on children's development and progress
Prepare classroom materials and resources
Support children's social, emotional,
and communication development
Collaborate with teachers and staff to enhance the learning experience
Assist in school events and early years activities
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
Experience working with early childhood students
Relevant qualification in education or childcare (preferred)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Patient, caring, and supportive attitude
Ability to work collaboratively in a team
Basic classroom management skills
Organised and proactive approach
Advanced English proficiency (required)
