We are looking for a Boat Supervisor with an intermediate level of English, someone highly organizedand with experience in tourist boat operations. This position coordinates and oversees the crew in charge of onboard service, making sure every tour meets the quality and operational standards of the company. Main Responsibilities Supervise and guide the crew responsible for the onboard service during tourist tours, including preparation before each trip and closing duties afterward. Make sure each boat meets the operational and customer service requirements before, during, and after every tour. Check the setup, cleanliness, supplies, and overall service conditions for each departure. Ensure the correct execution of the itinerary and the level of service required for each type of tour.



Prepare daily operation reports and provide feedback to the team. Identify opportunities to improve onboard operations and recommend practical solutions. Work closely with Operations, including maintenance, logistics, and customer service, to ensure an excellent experience for all passengers.
