**Job Summary**:
Provide support to achieve organizational development strategies, designing and implementing programs and initiatives, coordinating training and development plans, providing support to process leaders to execute regulatory training and coordinating the on-boarding program.
**Key Duties/Responsibilities**:
People (60%):
- Develop and coordinate the annual training plan.
- Provide service to all associates regarding to learning needs.
- Design and develop learning programs
- Evaluate and measure learning impact
- Develop y execute the on-boarding program creating a positive employee experience
- Provide support to other HR process and initiatives of the Organization to achieve CPS growth strategies.
Compliance (40%):
- Ensure compliance of the regulatory training, its measurement, and its effectiveness
- Track and maintain required trainings and certifications
- Track and evaluate revenue and costs ensuring budget accuracy
- Assure the correct execution and documentation of the training process in compliance with the local legal regulations and QSE international requirements.
- Participate in different health, environmental, and safety initiatives or programs implemented at work
- Participate and get to know the risk matrixes in our working area
**Financial/Job Scope**:
- Local training budget tracking and accurate reporting.

- Provide advisory in the training and development policies and procedures.
**People Managers**:
- Design the developmental plans for each area
**Supervisory Responsibilities**:
External Vendors of Training
**Related Job Requirements/Qualifications**:
**Experience**:
Training and development - 2 years desirable.
Basic knowledge of HR process.

**Educational Requirements**:
- Bachelor degree (Personnel Administration / Organizational Psychology)

- In Mexico regular relationship with all associates (different characteristics and mindsets).
- Colleagues and superiors from other plant and different nationalities performing communications written and oral mostly in English.
**Analysis**:
- Develop and maintain the culture defined by the Vision of the Coca-Cola Company.
