This is a customer service position with a background in selling. We have services to offer that the customers will want, explaining those services and assisting with a signed agreement is the goal.
**Major tasks**:
- Answer all incoming calls of the main company line.
- Identify caller and reason of the call to provide a solution.
- Track leads with CRM software.
- Contact all incoming leads to sell them services or bundles.
- Input accurate notes on the CRM software.
- Answer text messages through the chat system.

Pay: $112.50 per hour
