**This is a hybrid position at Guadalajara Jalisco.**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Design and implement infrastructure based on specifications.
- Devise or modify procedures to solve complex problems using industry-standard algorithms and tools.
- Determine operational requirements for test/production environments in collaboration with development staff.
- Keep current with emerging software enhancements, security patches, and bug fixes.
- Monitor system capacity and performance, execute disaster recovery procedures, and provide Tier 2 technical support.
- Collaborate effectively and communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.
**Requirements**:
- **3 to 7 years of experience in production support.**:
- Strong experience with Linux Command and OS.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Docker, and Maven.
- Knowledge of DB queries.
- Proficient in troubleshooting.




- Ability to restart Apache server in case of downtime.
- Highly versátil in hours of work due to customer-facing, highly available infrastructure requirements.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Experience with New Relic alert policies.
- Experience in SSL certificate renewal and verification.
- Experience in App deployment procedures.
