**Responsibilities**:
- The Field Inspector will be in charge of evaluating fields and monitoring them once the grower is enrolled with our company
- Perform site visits to our potential clients' fields to validate the feasibility of agriculture projects
- Monitor our formal clients and analyze the status on the whole operation financed by ProducePay
- Create accurate site visit reports in a timely manner




- Share ideas regarding the projects with internal stakeholders
**Requirements**:
- Agricultural Engineer, Agronomist, or similar training
- English comprehension
- You must have your own car for this job
- MS Office skills
- Good people skills
- At least 3 years of experience with fresh produce crops, fields, packing processes and best practices
