**PURPOSE**
**MAIN RESPONSIBILITES**
- Gathers, analyzes and elaborates all the functional requirements needed to design new information system or to set changes and corrections to existing ones.




- Supports users on their system interactions providing assistance when requested, or helping in resolving errors or misaligments betweeen business processes and systems scripts.
- Prepares the documentation for the new Information System ensuring alignment with Tenaris Methodology.
- Allows users to take full advantage of all the features included in the systems, writing instructions, manuals and executing training activities.
- Assumes the roles anticipated in the IT Tenaris Methodology and documented in the segregation of duties matrix.
- Protects from damage, theft or misuse the facilities, equipment and other physical resources assigned to his/her area.
