Develop and maintain production schedules for the Tijuana and San Diego manufacturing plants Coordinate with sales, production, and procurement teams to ensure alignment of production plans with customer demands Utilize ERP system (Epicor) to manage and track production schedules, inventory levels, and order statuses Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts and bottlenecks to ensure on-time delivery of products Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams to ensure product quality and compliance with specifications Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production scheduling and efficiency
Experiência y requisitos
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, industrial engineering,



or a related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in production planning and scheduling, in a manufacturing environment Proficiency in ERP systems, preferably Epicor Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
