**Job Description**:
**WHAT YOU'LL DO**
- Oversee operations at Wallenius Wilhelmsen’s Vehicle Processing Center
- Lead continuous process improvements
- Achieve a safe and cost-efficient work environment
- Meet performance targets
Job Requirements:
**WHAT YOU'LL NEED**
- 3-5 years first line supervisory and employee relations experience
- SOP, MRP, TQM, JIT, Kaizen, 5S, and visual factory management
- Microsoft Office computer skills, and database navigational skills
- A 4-year degree is preferred or high school diploma with equivalent experience
- A valid driver’s license and ability to operate manual and automatic transmissions
