- TRESS pre-payroll & payroll software knowledge. - Experience IMSS/SUA/IDSE, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, SAT, legal requirements, and calculations. - Experience IDSE Portal management. - Experience & knowledge legal settlements calculations. - Experience in employer obligations and social benefits. - Payroll process policies and procedures development. - Proficient in internal controls files. - Microsoft proficient (excel).
Experiência y requisitos
- Professional & Educational Qualification - Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or related fields - +5 years of experience in Payroll processes - Experience in manufacturing plants. Skills: - Excellent communication skills at all levels - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Teamwork - Customer focus - Leadership Languages: - Fluent in English (Desirable)
