We are looking for a **Human Resources Generalist** with strong experience in HR team coordination, creation and implementation of processes, **advanced English proficiency** is a requirement for this position, as there will be interaction with international managers.

**Responsibilities**:
- Strategic communication with Managers and Team Leaders.
- Team motivation.




- Create and set goals for the HR team.
- Create a development plan for each team member.
- Preparation of reporting on recruiting and other processes.
- Workload analysis.
- Assistance in solving current issues
**Requirements**:
- 3-5 years of experience in HR field.
- Advanced English (Mandatory, we will have English interviews).
- Knowledge of full recruiting cycle and Headhunting.
- Experience in creating and implementing documentation and manuals in work, updating the existing manuals.
- Experience creating and establishing KPIs
- Good communication skills, proactive.
- Experience in building HR teams and teaching team members in their adaptation
