**Position objective**:

**Requirements**:
- Bachelor Degree Engineering ( Electrical, Mechatronic, Computer Systems)
- 1+ years of experience in C #,.Net,
- 1+ years of experience in SQL
- Python is desirable
- Programming languages Knowledge
- Design of solutions with prototypes and diagrams knowledge
- Knowledge of computer operating systems, hardware and software.
- Quality documentation handling knowledge
- Angular and Git knowledge
- MS Office proficient
- Schedule availability
- Availability of travel
- Conversational English
**Main responsibilities**:
- Troubleshoot basic to advanced issues that may occur in day to day processes. These can include issues with, software, and network.
- Use critical thinking to determine what an issue is and the best solution to solving said issue.




- Be able to research and quickly learn techniques and skills on the job.
- Repair or replace and software.
- Pull reports for information from systems and software to monitor company devices.
- Perform inventory control in the IT warehouse
- Evaluate and improve upon processes and procedures throughout warehouse, route accounting, and vending systems.
- Provide technical support to employees
- Ability to relay instructions and processes to users who may not be familiar with technology.
- Ability to receive and promptly reply to necessary information from internal and external users
- Have backups of company firewalls, phone system, MEI, etc.
