**Key Responsibilities**:
- Utilize advanced SolidWorks skills to create detailed and accurate mechanical designs.
- Perform CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) and FEA (Finite Element Analysis) to optimize product performance and reliability.
- Design and develop components and systems for heavy machinery, ensuring robust and efficient designs.
- Manage and maintain design data using PDM Works or similar PLM software.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility and manufacturability.
- Provide technical support and expertise throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Prepare and present design documentation, reports, and analysis results.
- Continuously seek opportunities for design improvements and innovations.
**Qualifications**:
- Highly experienced in SolidWorks with advanced proficiency (CSWP preferred, CSWA is a plus).
- Proven expertise in CFD and FEA analysis.
- Experience in the design and development of heavy machinery is a plus.
- Proficiency in PDM Works or similar PLM software.
- Conversational to fluent English proficiency.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
