- Education: BS degree on Computer Science or similar. Experience: 1 - 5 years depending on job level. Advance English level - In-depth knowledge of computer systems. - Overall knowledge windows servers 2012, 2019. - Active directory (user and computer, policies) knowledge. - Server roles knowledge. - Experience working in a fast-paced engineering environment. - Desktop support (Virtual and physical). - Client support. - Microsoft office support. - License and maintenance management. - Service request and incident management. - End user training. - System patching and updates. - Experience working with CCTV. - Storage (SAN/NAS) and backup’s knowledge. - VM ware knowledge.
