You will be part of one division of Capgemini, contributing in the delivery of solutions for an American lifestyle retailer that focuses on contemporary clothing. As Senior Java Backend Developer you will be working with the following skillset.
**YOUR PROFILE**
**Technical Skills and Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in computer, technologies, systems or related Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of Spring Boot (2.7 or higher) and Spring Security (5.x preferred), and an understanding of Oauth and JWT.
- Understanding of MyBatis, JDBC and SQL.
- Working knowledge of Maven and Docker.
- Understanding of Kafka platform, including event streaming, topic creation and configuration, and Spring Boot integration with Kafka.
- Hands on experience writing custom producers and consumers using Java and Spring Boot.
- Preferred - hands on experience with Confluent Cloud.
- Understanding of Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with test-driven development.
- Preferred: Hands on experience with developing CI pipelines using Gitlab CI, and deployments using Helm.
