**Join our team as an Appointment Setter and Lead Generation Specialist (Remote)!**
**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Generate leads through various platforms, databases, and networks.
- Qualify leads based on their needs and business potential.
- Schedule appointments between prospective clients and the sales team.
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead information and progress.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of leads.
- Follow up with potential clients to nurture relationships and close deals.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly lead generation and appointment-setting targets.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous proven experience in lead generation, appointment setting, or sales.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, especially when working with US-based clients.
- Strong ability to handle objections and remain professional under pressure.




- Experience using CRM systems and lead generation tools.
- Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work US business hours (following US Pacific time).
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
