Position Objective
We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to foster a positive work environment and ensure compliance with labor regulations, including NOM035. This role requires strong onfloor presence, supporting operational and unionized employees while driving employee engagement and HR best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Manage labor relations, including disciplinary actions and employee conflict resolution.
Ensure compliance with labor regulations, NOM035 requirements, surveys, and audits.
Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, internal communication, and company events.
Maintain HR administrative processes, including attendance records and employee documentation.
Oversee employee services such as transportation, cafeteria, and uniforms.
Lead operational and administrative recruitment processes.




Requirements
Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field.
58 years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment.
Experience working with unionized workforces.
Strong knowledge of NOM035 and labor compliance.
Advanced English required.
Bilingual Spanish English is highly desirable.
