- Inside sales agent Tasks_
- Engage with customers through online chats, calls, and social media platforms
- Guide customers through the website, explain product offerings, and assist with completing online purchases.
- Provide detailed and accurate responses to customer inquiries, avoiding one-word answers.
- Study the company’s product catalog, pricing, promotions, and brand to provide tailored recommendations.
- Experience_
- Bilingual (Spanish and English).
- 6+ months in a related sales or customer service role.
- Experience with e-commerce or online sales platforms is a plus.
Shift Schedule: M - F 9 AM - 7 PM EST ( 1 lunch hour + 2 breaks)

Monthly Gross Salary 19,500
Pay: $19,500.00 per month
