**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data migration requirements scope and objectives.
Conduct detailed analysis of legacy data sources and identify and document data mapping requirements to target systems.
Document business and technical requirements for data migration projects and ensure alignment with overall project goals.
Utilize technical skills to support data extraction transformation and loading (ETL) processes ensuring data integrity and quality.
Work with technical teams to design document and implement data migration scripts procedures and tools.
Develop and execute data validation and reconciliation processes to ensure data accuracy and completeness post-migration.




Conduct testing cycles including user acceptance testing (UAT) to verify successful data migration.
Serve as a liaison between business users project managers and technical teams to ensure clear and consistent communication.
Expertise in building reports and dashboards across multiple objects KPI delivery data modelling and having knowledge on relational databases.
Provide training and support to end users on new data structures and systems post migration.
**Certifications Required**
Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP)
