- Overseeing the manufacturing process and procedures to reach his Department metrics - Evaluating each station of production process to maintain optimum efficiency - Enforcing all safety policies on the production floor - Creating and overseeing employee training - Maintaining communication between management and employees to ensure that necessary policies are understood and followed
Experiência y requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering - Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory or equivalent experience required. - Working Knowledge of TPS / Lean Manufacturing practices. (VSM, 5S, Kaizen Activities, etc.) Experienced in Continuous Improvement. - Demonstrated supervisory skills - Ability to solve problems using the scientific method (PDCA, A3, etc) and coach others to solve problems - Proven leadership ability - Fluent in English 90%
