Description:
Mechanical Dynamics and Analysis LLC (MD&A;), a world-class supplier of power generation services, parts, and repairs, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead sales efforts in Latin America. This role is idóneo for a driven professional eager to contribute to a growing organization and tackle diverse and technically challenging work.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Report directly to the Vice President of Sales & Marketing
- Develop and execute strategies to grow MD&A;’s sales footprint in the region, aiming to achieve predetermined sales and order dentify, develop, and close business opportunities within the Industrial, Gas, and Steam Turbine/Generator market.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a deep understanding of customer needs and organizational challenges.
- Provide technical expertise and solutions to customers, driving business growth and maximizing MD&A;’s market penetration.
- Collaborate with internal teams and divisions to optimize cross-selling opportunities and enhance overall corporate pPrepare and present annual territory plans, quarterly progress reports,



and sales forecasts.
- Submit weekly sales call reports, updates, and opportunity tracking.
- Frequent travel within Latin America : Caribbean Basin, Mexico, Central and South America, approximately 50-75% of the time.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution; Engineering degree preferred.
- Strong familiarity with Turbine and Generator technology. OEM and/or Electric Utility experience is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and technical field services, with a focus on General Electric and/or Siemens-Westinghouse installations, parts, repairs, and maintenance services.
- Fluency in Spanish and English is required; Portuguese is a plus.
- Cross cultural skills and understanding of the international marketplace requirements.
