SCHEDULE
Training Monday to Friday 700 am. 400 pm. 8 weeks
8hours shifts within service window 600 am. 1030 pm. 1 hour lunch break
Monday to Sunday 2 days off CONSECUTIVE per week
RESPONSABILITIES
Handle inbound customer calls
Resolve billing and service inquires
Provide effective solutions
Crosssell complementary services
REQUIREMENTS Mandatory
High school education completed certificate or diploma
Advanced English B2 conversational amp fluent
Comfortable speaking 100 in English
Basic computer skills
Complete documentation
